It’s official, the Gala are Ripe and Ready! Just in time for back to school. They are the perfect size for packing in lunches. They are a sweet crisp apple that is also great for eating, applesauce, and baking.
We have SOME Gravensteins left. If you were hoping to get some, I would definitely try and make it out in the next couple days before we are out for the season.
Tomatoes and Peppers are ripening more and more everyday but are still a bit of a hunt right now.
