Pick a nice day, come and enjoy the fresh country air, no extra charge. Bring your kids or grandkids and make a fun afternoon of it all.
There are some newer upstart varieties that are giving Granny Smith a run for their money. That would be Cripps Pink, yes they are pink, great storing apple, all around cooking and eating. Also, Gold Rush. Whomever tries this apple comes back for more. Great for salads, as they don't brown up like most apples, also great for cider and cooking. Don't forget Braeburn, juicy eating and cooking.
And Rome Beauty, beautiful red apple great for all cooking.
