The first fall rain has arrived giving us farmers a very welcomed sign that fall is here, and that we may actually make it through summer. The rain has always been somewhat of a refresher for our souls after a summer of hard work.
We love entering fall and getting to welcome you all out to the orchard. This week we have added Ruby Jon to our Ripe and Ready list. Ruby Jon is a beautiful bright red apple with a crisp white flesh. These are our favorites for applesauce! If you leave a little peel on, the applesauce will have a fun pink color!
